He has led landmark marketing campaigns with Pepsi, American Express, L'Oréal, Samsung, and House of Deréon Apparel.

A "LinkedIn Top Voice" alongside Bill Gates, Arianna Huffington and Richard Branson, he is also a recipient of the National Speakers Association's prestigious "Master of Influence Award." He is a passionate advocate for health awareness and early detection, and a sought-after advisor to organizations across industries.

Dr. Knowles holds undergraduate degrees in Business Administration and Economics from Fisk University, an MBA and Ph.D. from Cornerstone Christian Bible College, and Harvard Professional Development Certifications in Ethical Leadership and Developing Cultural Intelligence. Author of five books (two Amazon bestsellers), he currently serves on the faculty at Pepperdine University and is the inaugural Presidential Executive-in-Residence at Prairie View A&M University for the 2025–2026 academic year.
